Arizona has state mandates for childhood immunizations. The law states that all students enrolled in school must be current on their shots. This helps us keep our schools and children healthy and prevents an outbreak of many types of diseases.

Please review the Arizona Immunization Requirements (Click here to access), and arrange with your family physician to get your child immunized. In the event of an epidemic, we will exclude all non-immunized students from school until it is safe to return.
